Generated Content: Study packs, flashcards, quizzes saved under your profile.
Uploaded Media: Images or documents you upload to generate study material.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (like financial or health data).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Provide and improve Cognova features.
Track progress and personalize your experience.
Maintain Pro access and usage limits.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and enhance performance via analytics tools (e.g., PostHog).
Generate AI content using third-party models (e.g., Google Gemini).

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with:

Supabase for authentication, storage, and backend.
RevenueCat for managing in-app purchases.
Google Gemini API (or equivalent) for AI-powered content generation.
PostHog for usage analytics.

These services may receive minimal data necessary to provide their functionality.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request to delete your account and data at any time within the app. Upon deletion, all personal data and generated content will be permanently removed.

We follow industry best practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and secure storage. However, no system can be 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Cognova is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware of such data being collected, we will delete it promptly.
